Good point, although a tool rarely embodies all aspects of a software development process/methodology. It does highlight the a key point. Your tool(s) had better be aligned with your process.

Ironically I had discussion about this exact thing this evening with a colleague.  Although the inverted triangle pictogram conveys alot, I don&#039;t think it goes far enough.  What we&#039;re looking for is something considerably more exaggerated in favour of people.</description>
