NBody.net Code Updates- CUDA implementation of Forward Euler integrator added. SSE3 enabled Vector3<> template added.
- Code cleanup (notably PPL code) and refactoring of NBody.DomainModel.Common. More C++ support, start of C++ B-H Tree implementation.
- Removed vector macros, now use inlined methods. SSE intrinsics enabled by default.
