This is the talk I gave at the p&p Summit in Quebec earlier in 2008 on some of the thinking we did around how we think about software development. A lot of the main threads were covered in the series of blog posts I did on choosing an agile process. I re-edited the deck to add lots of speaker notes and links to other information so the deck should actually be informative.
