Rules for Music in the Team Room

Playing music in your team room? Who gets to pick it and for how long? Here’s the “rules” we use in the patterns & practices team rooms:

1. Music rotates each hour
2. Everyone gets an hour to play the music they want
3. At the end of the hour someone else gets the next hour
4. At any point anyone can say “next” and the current song gets skipped
5. You cannot say “next” repeatedly

Other options include letting Pandora pick for you or playing KEXP, probably the best radio station going.

I’ve only seen this really break down once and what can I say… some really bad folk rock was involved and Bob and I had been having a rough day with some code. So Sorry.
