Designing your own agile process – Part 1
Monday, January 7, 2008 – 10:51 AMWe’re currently trying to define how we develop software and guidance within p&p. A group of us took a step back and started thinking about processes and methodologies in general. There’s lots of great books to choose from we got into thinking about Crystal Clear, FDD and Theory of Constraints as well as Scrum, XP and some Jim Highsmith’s writing. We looked at ETVX as a way of defining our new process and some of the process one pagers on XP123.
Here’s our conclusion on how to design your own (agile) process or methodology from scratch:
