This is another one of those subtext things.

Actually it’s “One might think that… if one was mentally deficient.”

You really need to watch some of those old British commedy shows like “Yes Minister” to appreciate this one fully – “one might think that Sir Humphrey…” Lots of this stuff is finally becoming available on region 1 DVD. Well worth picking up if you have any cash to spare.

(And before anyone comments about how great VB6 is/was this is “humor”. Don’t let it get to you)
